தேர்தல் பணியில் இருந்து விலக்கு அளிக்கப்படுவோர்...

1.எஞ்சிய பணிக்காலம் 6 மாதங்கள் உள்ளவர்கள்,

2.கர்ப்பிணிகள்,

3.பாலூட்டும் தாய்மார்கள்,

4.மாற்று திறனாளிகள் மற்றும்

5.கடும் நோயுற்றவர்களுக்கு (Cancer, dialysis) உள்ளாட்சி தேர்தல் பணியில் இருந்து விதி விலக்கு....


The categories of employees for whom exemption can be given by the employer are as follows,

i) Any official to be retired within 6 months may be exempted from election related duty.

ii) All pregnant women and lactating mothers (child less than 1 year), whether on maternity leave or not or who mare otherwise on medical advice not to undertake any rigorous or hazardous work, may be exempted from election related duty,

iii) Persons with Disabilities - Physically challenged persons with disabilities may be exempted from the election related duty,

iv) Serious Medical Ailments such as Cancer, dialysis etc.
